Betty is a New Zealand-based artist who works to raise awareness for rare and endangered wildlife. Her artworks range from realistic watercolour and colour pencil artworks to more stylised embroidered pieces. Betty also dabbles with quirky humorous illustrations of dancing and musical animals.
Dickie Artist creates her works mostly on paper, using pencil, pen, ink, print and watercolours. She uses the materials that most suit the subject and enjoys investigating new materials and mixed media. She has a bit of an obsession with octopus but also creates images of birds, sea life, the female form and other things that inspire her.
Sarah McAlpine, a Rotorua-based artist, uses mixed media and digital applications to make vibrant and colourful artworks for the young and young at heart.
