Shop stress free and order early this Christmas
Whether you're sending doodlewear overseas or closer to home, you'll want to order those gifts early to shop stress-free and give them the best chance of arriving in time for the big day. Ordering before the Christmas cut-off dates* gives you the best chance to get your item where it needs to be for Christmas. Please be aware that cut-off dates may change and close earlier than expected due to high demand during this busy season, so we strongly recommend shopping early to avoid any potential disappointment.

**Although we continue to ship to these destinations, it's important to be aware that orders will not reach destination before Christmas and could experience extended shipping times due to increased demand during the holiday season.
Standard customer support hours
Our doodlewear production studio and customer support are open from:
- 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday - excluding public holidays
We guarantee our processing and printing timeframes on our orders, but we cannot take responsibility for delays in courier delivery, as this is out of our hands. We are only an email away if you have any questions.
- All of our quality products are printed on-demand, especially for you right here in New Zealand.
- We ship in recycled plastic packaging called Pollastic, which is made from 100% Ocean bound plastic.
New Zealand Shipping
CourierPost tracked courier delivery (weekdays only). Please provide a physical street address – we’re not able to deliver to a P.O. Box. You may be required to sign for your order on delivery, too, so make sure it's an address you will be at during working hours.

New Zealand orders take approximately 7* working days plus Courier delivery time. On dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.
Please note "working days" are: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm (excluding public holidays)
Can you do urgent order?: sorry. as we order stock and print on demand we cannot do urgent orders.
Standard: Expect to receive your package 1-3* working days from dispatch.* For Rural Delivery, please allow 2-3 working days.*

* Major towns and cities. These delivery targets are a guide only and we do not guarantee your item will reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer. Once your order is shipped, it is out of our hands.

Tracking your items upon despatch
On the very rare occasion should you not receive your package within the courier shipping timeframes we have specified, please track your parcel for an update so if there is an issue it can be resolved immediately.
Timeframes for making a claim with NZ Post Courier (date from receiving your email tracking from doodlewear)- Damaged delivery: Damage to a delivered item or missing contents - 10 days.
- New Zealand wide non-delivery: 21 days
- International non-delivery: 30 days

Taxes & Duties
All international deliveries are handled by NZ Post. Any duties and taxes incurred on international deliveries are your responsibility.
Please be aware that doodlewear does not have any control over duties, customs, and taxes applied by the country your order is being shipped to. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
Product availability
doodlewear gets each quality art print garment printed with love in New Zealand on demand, especially for you.
Due to the impacts of the international pandemic and shipping delays, our garment supplier is running low on certain styles and sizes. All items on doodlewear's online store are subject to availability. We will inform you via email if the goods you have ordered are unavailable within our standard delivery timeframe and provide you with solutions. Thanks for your patience and for supporting NZ artists and our small NZ business during these unprecedented times.
