New Zealand Father Day Order Dates Closed
NZ wide orders closed for Father's Day target delivery: Midnight Sunday 18th August.*
* Please note that we can't guarantee courier delivery times as it is out of our control. However, placing your order by this date gives it the best chance of arriving in time for the special day.
Standard customer support hours
Our doodlewear production studio and customer support are open from:
- 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday - excluding public holidays
We guarantee our processing and printing timeframes on our orders, but we cannot take responsibility for delays in courier delivery, as this is out of our hands. We are only an email away if you have any questions.
- All of our quality products are printed on-demand, especially for you right here in New Zealand.
- We ship in recycled plastic packaging called Pollastic, which is made from 100% Ocean bound plastic.
New Zealand Shipping
CourierPost tracked courier delivery (weekdays only). Please provide a physical street address – we’re not able to deliver to a P.O. Box. You may be required to sign for your order on delivery, too, so make sure it's an address you will be at during working hours.

Urban Overnight Courier - New Zealand
NZ Post tracked overnight courier delivery during weekdays to urban areas only. Please note we can't guarantee overnight delivery as courier delivery time is out of our control. Expect to receive your package 1-3* working days from dispatch.

Rural NZ Post delivery
Rural Delivery: Expect to receive your package 2-3 working days from dispatch. Please note we can't guarantee courier delivery time as it is out of our control.
Rural Delivery Surcharge*: $6 NZD

- 3-5 items - $9.99 NZD plus $6 NZD

What happens if I have a New Zealand Rural Delivery (RD) address and accidentally forget to add this surcharge?
No worries! We've got your back and will ensure your order is delivered to the correct address. If you forget to add your New Zealand Rural Delivery (RD) address and surcharge, don't worry—we’ll definitely spot it during order processing. One of our friendly team members will reach out to you with the invoice so you can pay the NZ Post surcharge, and once that's sorted, we’ll get your order underway. We’ll make sure everything runs smoothly!

New Zealand orders take approximately 7* working days plus Courier delivery time. On dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

Can you do urgent order?: sorry. as we order stock and print on demand we cannot do urgent orders.
Standard: Expect to receive your package 1-3* working days from dispatch.* For Rural Delivery, please allow 2-3 working days.*

Tracking your items upon despatch
On the very rare occasion should you not receive your package within the courier shipping timeframes we have specified, please track your parcel for an update so if there is an issue it can be resolved immediately.
Timeframes for making a claim with NZ Post Courier (date from receiving your email tracking from doodlewear)
- Damaged delivery: Damage to a delivered item or missing contents - 10 days.
- New Zealand wide non-delivery: 21 days
- International non-delivery: 30 days

Taxes & Duties
All international deliveries are handled by NZ Post. Any duties and taxes incurred on international deliveries are your responsibility.
Please be aware that doodlewear does not have any control over duties, customs, and taxes applied by the country your order is being shipped to. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

doodlewear gets each quality art print garment printed with love in New Zealand on demand, especially for you.
All items on doodlewear's online store are subject to availability with our suppliers. We will inform you via email if the goods you have ordered are unavailable within our standard delivery timeframe and provide you with solutions.
