Thank you so much for choosing to support local artists and small businesses this festive season! We know the holidays can be a busy time, so we've set our Christmas cut-off dates to help you get your gifts in time without the last-minute rush. 

Ordering before the cut-off dates gives you the best chance of getting your item where it needs to be for Christmas*:

• 🌍 Rest of the World - Midnight, Tuesday, 19th November - NOW PASSED
• 🌏 Asia, Europe, North America, South Pacific & UK - Midnight, Monday, 25th November - NOW PASSED
• 🇦🇺 Australia - Midnight, Tuesday, 26th November - NOW PASSED
• 🇳🇿 New Zealand - Midnight, Sunday, 8th December - NOW PASSED
• Our production team will continue processing and printing orders until 20th December. However, we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas shipping for orders placed from 9th December onwards. Current processing times are 8 working days, plus courier delivery time. No rush orders sorry.

NZ Post tracked overnight courier delivery during weekdays to urban areas only. Please note we can't guarantee overnight delivery as courier delivery time is out of our control. Expect to receive your package 1-3* working days from dispatch.

Rural NZ Post delivery

Rural Delivery: Expect to receive your package 2-3 working days from dispatch. Please note we can't guarantee courier delivery time as it is out of our control. 

Rural Delivery Surcharge*: $6 NZD

What happens if I have a New Zealand Rural Delivery (RD) address and accidentally forget to add this surcharge?
No worries! We've got your back and will ensure your order is delivered to the correct address. If you forget to add your New Zealand Rural Delivery (RD) address and surcharge, don't worry—we’ll definitely spot it during order processing. One of our friendly team members will reach out to you with the invoice so you can pay the NZ Post surcharge, and once that's sorted, we’ll get your order underway. We’ll make sure everything runs smoothly!

Can you do urgent order?: sorry. as we order stock and print on demand we cannot do urgent orders.

Tracking your items upon despatch

On the very rare occasion should you not receive your package within the courier shipping timeframes we have specified, please track your parcel for an update so if there is an issue it can be resolved immediately. 

Timeframes for making a claim with NZ Post Courier (date from receiving your email tracking from doodlewear)

• Damaged delivery: Damage to a delivered item or missing contents - 10 days.
• New Zealand wide non-delivery: 21 days
• International non-delivery: 30 days

All international deliveries are handled by NZ Post. Any duties and taxes incurred on international deliveries are your responsibility.

Please be aware that doodlewear does not have any control over duties, customs, and taxes applied by the country your order is being shipped to. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
